A mom called that her child didn't come home and he was not supposed to stay - he had a dentist appointment. When I found him, I asked him if he knew he was not supposed to stay after school. He said he knew that - but he HAD to see what the big surprise show was about. His grandfather came to get him a few minutes later. When I escorted him out - I asked it it was worth getting in a bunch of trouble with his parents over. He looked back over his shoulder to you on stage and said, "YES!"
